Restorative wellness is super important to help balance out our often hectic lives. Join Jennifer and Shawn and connect mind and body with a restorative stretch and healing sounds. Allow the harmonies, vibrations and poses to lead you into deep relaxation. Each wonderfully supported pose is held for several minutes.
Join Sophia Johnson for a Sound Bath total relaxation experience. A Sound Bath is an immersive, relaxing experience where participants lie down or sit comfortably while listening to a series of soothing sounds created by instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. Designed to promote deep relaxation, stress reduction, and a meditative state through the vibrations and soundscapes produced; no prior experience is needed, and its encouraged participants to simply close their eyes and let the sound wash over them.
